"The Boathouse"

As one travels by boat through the Les Cheneaux Islands, located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, he will come upon many boathouses which are located throughout the interior of the islands. Each vintage boathouse has its own unique character. The architecture depicts an era when families, from the early 1900s through the 1930s, came to spend the summers among these beautiful islands.
