"Dutch Treat"

Droste chocolate and cocoa products have been a Dutch tradition for years. This little cocoa tin was just one of many produced over the last several decades. Today, they are a collector's find.

Droste Cocoa Recipe

- 2 teaspoons Droste Cocoa
- 2 heaped teaspoons sugar

Mix Droste Cocoa and sugar in a cup or mug. Add milk or cream and stir to a paste. Add one cup hot or cold milk. Stir until mixed and serve.

Mexican: Add 1 teaspoon sherry or a twist of orange zest.
Russian: Add 1 teaspoon instant coffee to hot cocoa.
Dutch: Top with dollop of whipped cream and one Droste Bittersweet Chocolate Pastille.
