"An American Autumn"

Those of us who are fortunate to experience this cool crisp autumn season, look forward to its display of bright yellows, reds, browns and golden foliage. The heavy morning dew and creeping iridescent fog indicate cooler days ahead. Americans decorate their doors with fall wreaths and floral mums in a multitude of colors. Kitchens release delicious smells of homemade applesauce and canning preparation for the long winter ahead.
